Fudge Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp. cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell or graham cracker crust
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt 1/2 cup margarine.
  2. Gradually add sugar and beat with mixer.
  3. Add cocoa.
  4. Gradually add milk, while beating.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla and salt; beat again.
  6. If you have a blender, put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Pour into unbaked crust.
  8. (Don't forget to prick pie shell.)
  9. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
  10. Cool and then refrigerate for several hours.
