Ingredients

  • 2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. cold coffee
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, whipping cream, cold coffee, and salt.
  2. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and thickened.
  5. Reheat before serving, then drizzle over your favorite ice cream.
