Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the gelatine, crushed pineapple, and sugar; then let it cool.
  2. Soften the cream cheese.
  3. Whip the cream cheese, then add Cool Whip and mix well.
  4. Combine the cooled gelatine mixture with the whipped cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour into an 8-inch square container and chill until set.
