Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. bran with dates muffin mix (Jiffy mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 to 10 maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions

  1. Grease a 7 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  2. Blend the muffin mix, eggs, milk, crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, and halved maraschino cherries in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
