Ingredients

  • 1 tofu (Momen)
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into fine strips
  • 2 Tbsp. scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. wheat
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet sake
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Wrap tofu with paper towel.
  2. Place a weight on it; wait about 30 minutes until water comes out.
