"Garbage Can" Enchiladas

- Cut whole chicken in small pieces, already cooked.
- Crock-pot is easiest.
- Grate cheese.
- Combine enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, green chilies, onion and black olives in large bowl.
- Cook tortillas in oil, then roll with all ingredients.
- Be sure to save a little cheese and sauce for top of enchiladas.
- After all are rolled and put in a pan, put leftover cheese and sauce on top. Bake at 350° in oven just until the cheese has melted.
- Also, you could substitute chicken for other meats.
