Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 2 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pack sazon

Instructions

  1. Cut the whole chicken in half.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves.
  3. In a plate, mix black pepper, oregano, salt, sazon, minced garlic, and vinegar.
  4. Mix the ingredients well.
  5. Brush the mixture onto the chicken pieces.
  6. Spread the marinade evenly all over the chicken.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes, covered.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
