  • 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soft salt free margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic powder, lemon or lime juice, and soft salt-free margarine to form a mixture.
  2. Spread the mixture over the fish fillets.
  3. Broil the fish 3 to 4 inches from the heat until it flakes, about 5 to 8 minutes depending on thickness.
  4. Sprinkle with minced fresh parsley if desired.
