Ingredients

  • 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 2 fresh lemons
  • 6 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 lb fresh shelled, deveined shrimp

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet or microwave.
  2. Mix the melted butter with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the cleaned, deveined shrimp in a baking dish.
  4. Cover the shrimp with about half of the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Turn the shrimp over.
  7. Add the remaining half of the mixture over the shrimp.
  8. Continue baking for an additional 6 to 9 minutes or until the shrimp are tender.
  9. Avoid overcooking to prevent the shrimp from becoming tough.
  10. Serve as is or over angel hair pasta on rice.
