Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons vinegar
  • 18 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mix oil & vinegar in a jar until blended well.
  3. Add all other ingredients & mix well.
  4. Refrigerate.
