Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • bread crumbs
  • dried parsley
  • 1 to 2 eggs
  • pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger meat, eggs, pepper and salt together in a bowl. Add parsley flakes.
  2. Make 4-inch balls out of it.
  3. Roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in a pan.
