Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • fine dark pumpernickel bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and cream cheese in a mixer until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and sugar to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture for about 1 hour.
  4. Shape the chilled mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll the cheese balls in fine dark pumpernickel bread crumbs.
  6. Place the coated cheese balls in bonbon cups to serve.
  7. Chill until serving time.
