- Mix dry yeast with warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Blend in Bisquick until a dough forms.
- Add cold water and knead into four balls.
- Roll each ball into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
- Melt half a stick of butter and brush onto each rectangle.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Roll up each rectangle like a jelly roll.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Lay slices, cut side down, on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
