  • 1/2 box raisins
  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Crumble enough pecan sandies to make the pie crust.
  2. Blend the cookie crumbs with just enough butter to hold the mixture together.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon jello and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Add the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
  6. Stir in the raisins, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
