- Combine hamburger, sliced cabbage, chopped onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a pot.
- Cook at low heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture is cooked through.
- Drain the cooked mixture and let it cool.
- Roll out bread dough to 3/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into rectangles measuring 3 x 6 inches.
- Place 1/2 cup of the cooled meat mixture on one end of each rectangle.
- Fold over the dough to enclose the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the filled dough rectangles on a greased cookie sheet and let them rise.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes.
