Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 4 long green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
  • 6 c. Minute rice, cooked
  • 1 small can kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and set aside.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet with the chopped green onions.
  3. Add Cajun spice to the sausage mixture.
  4. Drain the kidney beans and add them to the skillet.
  5. Combine the sausage mixture with the cooked rice and serve.
