Ginger Glazed Spareribs

Instructions
- Place ribs in 6-quart Dutch oven. Add water to cover. Cook 45 minutes
- or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger and pepper in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.
- Cook until mixture begins to thicken, about 3 minutes.
- Brush sauce on each side of ribs and broil in oven until golden brown or can brown on grill.
