Ginger Zing Salad

- To section the orange easily, cut a slice off the top and bottom and stand on a cutting board.
- Starting at the top end, cut off peel, exposing the orange segments.
- Continue until orange is completely peeled. Then holding orange in your hand, cut out segments from between the membranes.
- Work over a large bowl to catch any juice.
- Add grapes and strawberries.
- Peel and slice bananas.
- Combine well with other fruit.
- Whisk marmalade with honey and juice.
- Stir in the ginger.
- Combine dressing with fruit and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
