Ingredients

  • 4 lb. small smoked sausages
  • 1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except sausages to make the glaze.
  2. Cook the glaze until bubbly, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the sausages to the glaze.
  4. Reduce heat and cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour off excess sauce when ready to serve.
