Ingredients

  • 6 oz. goat cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • dash of thyme
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix goat cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, thyme, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap, leaving long ends hanging over the sides.
  3. Place one-third of the cheese mixture into the lined bowl.
  4. Spoon pesto over the cheese layer.
  5. Add another third of the cheese mixture on top of the pesto.
  6. Spread chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese mixture.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 4 days.
  9. Unmold the torta onto a plate, then serve with crackers.
