Instructions
- Grease pan.
- Place 6 slices of bread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (fill all spaces).
- Spread grated cheese, celery, green pepper and/or onions.
- Spread bacon, ham or shrimp.
- Top with remaining bread.
- Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
- Pour over bread.
- Make sure it is all wet and covered.
- (Can top with tomato slices, if desired; I didn't.)
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Let sit 10 minutes and serve.
