Ingredients

  • 8 slices buttered bread, broken
  • 1 lb. grated cheese (half American, half Cheddar)
  • 1 lb. precooked ham, sliced and cubed
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place broken buttered bread in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Spread cubed precooked ham and grated cheese over the bread.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs mixed with milk and half and half evenly over the layered ingredients.
  4. Bake in a 300°F oven for 1 hour until set and golden.
