- Bring first 3 ingredients
- to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from stove.
- Add soda, cream of tartar and salt. Pour over the popped corn. Stir until covered.
- Bake 1 hour at 200°.
- Shake or stir with wooden spoon every 10 to 15 minutes while baking.
