Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil

Instructions

  1. Stir flour, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine milk and salad oil; add to dry ingredients until just moist.
  3. Drop by tablespoon into boiling broth.
  4. Cover tightly; return to boil.
  5. Reduce heat; do not lift the cover.
  6. Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
