Ingredients

  • 2 pkg dry yeast (RapidRise)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick melted butter, cooled
  • 4 to 5 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup dry milk

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water in a bowl.
  2. Let stand for 3 minutes, then add salt.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to the yeast mixture.
  4. Let the dough set at least 30 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Punch down the dough and form into rolls.
  6. Let the rolls set for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
