Ingredients

  • 50 large marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 6 quarts popped popcorn

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallows and butter in a Dutch oven.
  2. Cook over low heat until marshmallows melt, stirring mixture occasionally.
  3. Add the popped popcorn to the marshmallow mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Coat your hands with vegetable cooking spray.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls on wax paper and let them cool.
  6. Wrap each popcorn ball individually in colored cellophane or plastic wrap for storage.
