Goose Barbecue

Instructions
- Soak goose overnight in salt water (optional).
- Place goose in pot of water (1/4 full); add dry onion flakes and celery seed. Bring to a boil, then simmer until goose is done, approximately 1 to 3 hours.
- When tender, remove goose; let cool.
- Take meat off bones and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Cook until soft, onions and celery.
- Add rest of ingredients, stir and let simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
