- Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan.
- In a boiler, melt the margarine over medium heat.
- Add the light brown sugar and chopped pecans to the melted margarine.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the hot mixture evenly over the graham crackers in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cut into squares while still warm.
