Graham Popovers
Graham popovers are light, crispy, and mildly sweet baked treats with a hearty whole wheat flavor, perfect for breakfast or snack with butter or jam.

- Mix the fine whole wheat flour, unbleached white flour, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs lightly until well combined.
- Slowly add the milk and butter to the eggs, stirring continuously.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Beat the batter for 1 minute with an electric beater until smooth and like heavy cream.
- Pour the batter into buttered muffin tins, filling each about 1/3 full.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 20 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the popovers from the tins and serve warm.
