Instructions
- In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt with pastry blender. Cut in Crisco until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a small bowl, beat egg, cold water and cider vinegar, then add to flour mixture. Stir until dough forms a ball.
- Divide in half.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Use only 1 ball in this pie.
