Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream
  2. the sugar with softened margarine.
  3. Add eggs and beat together.
  4. Add flour alternating with milk. Add vanilla. Pour into an 8-inch iron skillet (greased and floured).
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until center springs back.
