Ingredients

  • 3 -4 lbs potatoes
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • seasoning salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender; allow potatoes to cool; then peel and cube them; set aside.
  2. Fry bacon and onion together in a large skillet.
  3. Add in potatoes and seasonings; cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
