Ham Cheese Log

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 1/2 cup pitted chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Have the cheese at room temperature.
  2. In a small mixer bowl, beat together the Cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended.
  3. Beat in the deviled ham.
  4. Stir in the chopped olives and chill the mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into two 8-inch long logs.
  6. Roll the logs in the chopped pecans.
  7. Let the logs set overnight in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve with crackers.
