Granny'S Double-Grain Bread

Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in the warm water and sugar.
- Combine warm milk, honey and vegetable oil in mixer bowl.
- Beat in the flour.
- Add oatmeal, salt and yeast.
- Mix well.
- Add remaining flour mixture. Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place in large bowl.
- Cover with damp towel.
- Let rise until double, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch dough down.
- Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
- Makes 2 loaves.
- Let rise in pans about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake in oven at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
