Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add flour and milk. Mix well. Add baking powder and vanilla. Mix until all lumps are out. Roll out thin. Cut and place about 1-inch apart. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° until done.
