Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown pork chops in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain off excess fat and place the chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and beef bouillon can and pour over the chops.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, removing the foil during the last 10 minutes.
