Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. chili
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Place the cooked beef, chili beans, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Velveeta cheese, and whipping cream into a crock-pot.
  3. Mix all ingredients well and cook on low until the cheese is melted and flavors are combined, about 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve the chili over regular-sized corn chips and with a side salad.
