Greek Cheese Triangles
Golden-brown Greek cheese triangles with flaky phyllo and creamy feta filling, perfect as appetizers or party snacks for cheese lovers and entertaining occasions.

- Mix crumbled Feta cheese and cottage cheese thoroughly.
- Add eggs (3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites) and mix well.
- Cut the phyllo pastry into strips about 2 inches wide and 10 inches long.
- Line the strips on a board and brush lightly with melted butter.
- Place 1 1/2 teaspoons of filling on one end of a pastry strip and fold the corner over to make a triangle.
- Continue folding from side to side in a triangle shape until the desired size is reached, using all the phyllo and filling.
- Place the triangles in a buttered baking pan side by side and brush the tops generously with melted butter.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
