Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup dried black olives
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until fluffy.
  2. Pour into a heated nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat.
  3. Flip the omelette once.
