Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans green beans
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all in microwave-able dish with cover and toss well.
  2. Let stand until just before you're ready to serve, then microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  3. Toss again, and serve.
