Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can cold Milnot milk
  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt, then press into the bottom of a pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Whip the cold Milnot milk until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dissolve lime jello in boiling water, then add sugar and lemon juice, stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Combine the lime jello mixture with the cream cheese and whipped milk mixture, mixing well.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
