- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- Separate the dough into 10 biscuits.
- Place one biscuit in the center of the cookie sheet.
- Arrange the remaining biscuits in a circle around the center biscuit, with edges slightly overlapping.
- Gently press out the dough to form a 10-inch circle.
- In a small bowl, combine margarine and chili powder; brush over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle with chopped green chilies and cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 17 minutes or until deep golden brown.
