Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar, grated
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans green chiles, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chiles in a blender until frothy.
  2. Stir in chopped chiles.
  3. Pour into a buttered baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
