Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 lb grated Jack cheese
  • 1 lb roasted and peeled green chilies

Instructions

  1. Spray a cake pan with cooking spray or Pam.
  2. Layer grated Jack cheese on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Top the cheese layer with roasted and peeled green chilies.
  4. In a bowl, combine eggs with sour cream until well mixed.
  5. Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over the chilies and cheese layers.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
