Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 heaping tsp. Accent
  • 3 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 heaping tsp. seasoning salt
  • 2 heaping tsp. chives
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing Wesson oil, parsley flakes, oregano, Accent, red wine vinegar, seasoning salt, and chives until well combined.
  2. Toss the dressing with the cubed tomatoes and lettuce until evenly coated.
  3. Serve the salad ice cold, with croutons or baked pita bread if desired.
