Green Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, boil and mash
  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess juice
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Fold spinach into potatoes.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Put in greased casserole.
  4. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
