Green Olive Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp Butter or Margerine
  • 6 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Cups Sliced Green Olives w/ Pimentos
  • 3 Cups Grated Italian Cheese
  • 1 Loaf Italian Bread
  • Dried Parsley
  • Dried Basil

Instructions

  1. Split break lengthwise and place cut side up on large sheet pan.
  2. Spread butter evenly on both sides of bread.
  3. Sprinkle generously with garlic, oives and cheese.
  4. Top with Herbs
  5. Place on center oven rack and broil on high for 6 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cut into slices and serve
