Ingredients

  • 2 cups green tomatoes
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) black raspberry Jell-O
  • paraffin wax

Instructions

  1. Wash green tomatoes and chop in a food processor to make 2 cups.
  2. Boil sugar and chopped green tomatoes for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add black raspberry Jell-O; stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour the hot mixture into clean jelly glasses.
  5. Place 1/8 inch layer of paraffin wax on top of each jar.
