Ingredients

  • 4 medium avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup salsa, store bought (medium)
  • 2 teaspoons bottled garlic, minced (or 2 fresh cloves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. One by one, cut the avocados in half, and take out the seed. Cut the halves in half again (so you have quarters), take the skin off of the pieces, and put them into a Tupperware bowl (so you can just stick it in the fridge when you're done making it).
  2. With a fork, squish all the pieces of avocado to your desired guacamole chunkiness.
  3. Add lime juice, and stir.
  4. Add all other ingredients, except salt, and stir to combine.
  5. If using salted chips to dip, you might not want to add salt; otherwise, you might want to add salt - your call.
  6. Enjoy!
