Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts flat to an even thickness.
  2. Mix salad dressing, dried oregano, and garlic salt together in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken on grill, rack, or broiler pan.
  4. Brush half of the marinade onto the chicken.
  5. Grill or broil for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Turn chicken and brush with remaining marinade.
  7. Continue grilling or broiling for another 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
